  • Weekend Orders (Friday-Saturday): Processed on next business day
  • Holiday Orders: Processing may be delayed during Egyptian national holidays

Delivery Restrictions

⚠️ Important Notice

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, military bases, or government institutions. Deliveries must be made to a residential or private business address.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailable at delivery address
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Customer refusing to accept delivery

We will make two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, the order will be returned and refunded according to our Returns Policy.
