Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items — we will make it right.

When You're Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

  • Wrong product received — we sent a different strain than ordered
  • Incorrect quantity — you received less than what you paid for
  • Damaged during delivery — product arrived in unusable condition
  • Lost in transit — order never arrived after the expected delivery window

How to Report an Issue

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order:

Please include your order ID and a brief description of the issue.

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we will offer:

  • Replacement shipment — we re-send the correct order at no cost
  • Store credit — applied to your next order
  • Full refund — since we operate cash on delivery, refunds are issued as store credit or a cash return at next delivery

What We Cannot Refund

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Orders where incorrect delivery address was provided
